A super comfy room a few minutes walk from the station.
During my stay, I found the breakfast options quite repetitive, which made my three nights there a bit monotonous. Additionally, the hotel shuttle service had long intervals, forcing me to walk to the station most days. I also felt frustrated when I had to wait in the lobby to check in at exactly 3 PM, despite seeing available rooms beforehand. These issues left me with a sense of disappointment during my trip.

what an utter disappointment. the breakfast is the same bland spread every day, and the shuttle service is practically non-existent. i assumed i would get some sort of special treatment for staying, yet no upgrade was offered. honestly, i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t. avoid this so-called luxury hotel save your money!

Just a commendable fit for a fleeting moment in Karuizawa with fantastic value for money. The room had great amenities like laundry service that made our stay easier. Bring your own snacks since the breakfast options can get repetitive.
